The Farmington Community Library and the City of Farmington Hills will host a free Energy Saving Workshop October 17, presented by DTE Energy and the Greater Farmington Area Energy Prize.
The 6 p.m., the workshop in the Auditorium at the Main Library, 32737 W. 12 Mile Rd. in Farmington Hills will include information about reducing energy bills. Participants will learn how to:
- Use the revolutionary, energy saving Insight App
- View real-time energy use
- Set energy saving budget targets
- Implement helpful energy saving tips
