Andrew DeBrincat named to Spring 2016 Dean’s List

Andrew DeBrincat, of Farmington Hills, has been named to the Spring 2016 Dean’s List at American International College. Dean’s List students are full-time students with a grade point average between 3.3 and 4.0.

Kaitlyn Krause graduates from Hofstra University

Kaitlyn Krause, of Farmington Hills, graduated from Hofstra University in May 2016, earning a Master of Business Administration in Marketing.

Victoria Petrak spends summer break volunteering in North Carolina

Victoria Petrak of Farmington Hills is one of 10 environmentally-minded Baldwin Wallace University students who gave up a week of summer break to make a difference through BW’s Alternative Break Service Program. Petrak, a graduate of North Farmington High School majoring in music education and instrumental performance, explored issues of environmental justice, sustainability and environmental restoration in partnership with the North Carolina Coastal Federation. The week included visits with local schools, work with reef restoration projects, beach clean-ups and an examination of their own eco-footprint.

Wittenberg students make Spring Semester 2016 Dean’s List

Farmington Hills residents Bailey Almond and Kelsie Arlin maintained a 3.5 or higher grade point average for the 2016 Spring semester and earned a place on the Dean’s List at Wittenberg University.

Local students make the Dean’s List at Miami University

Elizabeth James and Neil Robinson of Farmington Hills are among the Miami University students who achieved a 3.5 or better grade point average for second semester 2015-2016, and have been named to the dean’s list recognizing academic performance.
