 Szymczak named to Wheaton College Dean’s List

Wheaton College student Christopher Szymczak of Farmington Hills was named to the Dean’s List for the spring 2016 semester. To earn Dean’s List honors at Wheaton, an undergraduate student must carry 12 or more credit hours and achieve a 3.5 grade point average or higher on the 4.0 scale.

Folkert named to the University of Rhode Island’s Spring 2016 Dean’s List

Lauren E Folkert of Farmington Hills has been named to the University of Rhode Island Spring 2016 Dean’s List. To be included on the Dean’s List, students must have completed 12 or more credits during a semester for letter grades with at least a 3.30 quality point average. Part-time students qualify with the accumulation of 12 credits with a 3.30 quality point average.

Lawrence named to SVSU President’s List

Jessica Lawrence of Farmington Hills was one of more than 460 students from Saginaw Valley State University whose dedication to academics earned them a place on the President’s List for the winter 2016 semester. To be eligible for the President’s List, a student must take at least 12 credit hours and earn a 4.0 grade point average.

SVSU names local Dean’s List students

More than 2,100 students from Saginaw Valley State University were named to the Deans’ List for the winter 2016 semester. To be eligible for the Deans’ List, a student must take at least 12 credit hours and carry a semester GPA of 3.4 or better. These local students qualified:

  • Samantha Geffert, of Farmington Hills
  • Nicole Lucas, of Farmington Hills
  • Lori Ozar, of Farmington
  • Alexis Smith, of Farmington Hills
Locals named to University of Dayton Spring 2016 Dean’s List

Courtney Hoelscher and Jacob Korczyk, both of Farmington Hills, made the University of Dayton dean’s list for achieving a minimum 3.5 GPA for the spring 2016 semester.
