Farmington DDA welcomes new board member

Todd CraftFarmington resident Todd Craft has been appointed to fill an unexpired term on the Farmington Downtown Development Authority (DDA) Board of Directors.

He replaces board member Les Key, who resigned because of work-related obligations, and his term will expire on February 28, 2017. Key will remain involved at a committee level.

Craft first interviewed for a position on the board several months ago. He is a licensed realtor. Along with his wife Cathi Waun, he owns City Life Realty, and he currently serves as a member on the City of Farmington’s Zoning Board of Appeals.

“I am looking forward to the opportunity to serve the community with the DDA,” Craft said. “I hope to use my 25 years of experience in real estate, building and development to contribute to the future of Downtown Farmington.”

“The addition of Todd Craft to the DDA board is a real plus,” said Annette Knowles, DDA Executive Director. “Having a stronger connection to the real estate industry will position us for greater outreach. And, with Les Key staying on as a member of our Design Committee, we are not losing entirely a very talented board member.”
