The award honors the memory of Dick Tupper, who created Neighborhood House more than 25 years ago. Tupper was a longtime Farmington resident and businessman, who gave countless hours of service and inspired others to do so as well.

To submit a nomination, visit or call the Neighborhood House office at 248-871-2848.

The April 21 Gala will be held at Longacre House, 24705 Farmington Rd., Farmington Hills. The event will include the award presentation, hors d’oeuvres and a cash bar. Tickets are a suggested donation of $25 and can be purchased at the Farmington Public Schools Central Office, 32500 Shiawassee, Farmington, by calling the Neighborhood House office, 248-871-2848, or from any Neighborhood House Board Member.

Tickets may also be purchased at the door the day of the Gala.
